Walk down any commercial street in Algiers, Oran or Constantine. Most shops have an Instagram page, some post photos, almost none post video ads. Not because they do not want to: a video from an agency costs more than they will spend, and they do not know anyone who makes them. That gap is the business behind the AI Video Program.
The market, in one number
More than 1.09 million businesses are registered in Algeria. Even if only a small share ever pays for content, that is tens of thousands of potential clients, most of them never approached by anyone. You do not need a national client base. You need five shops near you.
What a video costs to make with AI
With the three tools we use, text, voice and image, a short advertising video for a shop takes under ten minutes once you know the prompts, and the tool subscriptions cost a few thousand dinars a month in total. The hard part is not production. It is knowing what the shop needs to say, and saying it in Darija in a way that makes people come in.
What shops pay
A shop does not think in videos; it thinks in months. The offer that works is not "a video for X" but "your content every month for Y". Monthly retainers are smaller per video and much larger per year, and a client who pays monthly rarely leaves if the videos keep coming. Level three of the program is entirely about this conversation: what to write, what to say, how to answer "how much?".
Why the first video is free
Algerian shopkeepers do not pay for a promise. They pay for a result they can see. So the method is: pick ten businesses near you, make one video each, for free, send it by WhatsApp with the script we give you. Some will ignore it. Some will post it and see the reaction. Those ask for the second one, and the second one is paid. The neighbour who sees it asks too.
