This policy explains what MMG does with your personal data when you visit mmgmena.com, apply to a program, pay, or study with us.
1. Who is responsible
MMG, Algiers, Algeria. Privacy requests: privacy@mmgmena.com.
2. What we collect
- Application: your name, phone number, email, wilaya, and your answers to the application questions.
- Enrollment and delivery: the program chosen, the delivery address and a second phone number if you choose cash on delivery.
- Payment: the payment reference and status. We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Card payments happen on the SATIM secure page through our accredited partner PayPart.
- Study: your progress in the classroom, your expert bookings and your messages in the groups, to run the program and the guarantee.
- Browsing: technical information (browser, device, pages seen) and measurement cookies described below.
3. Why
To call you back after your application, to open your access and add you to the groups, to deliver a parcel, to send your receipt and access instructions, to support you by WhatsApp or phone, to apply the guarantee, and to measure our advertising in aggregate.
4. With whom
Only the providers needed to run the service: our payment partner (PayPart / SATIM), our online classroom platform, messaging (WhatsApp Business, Telegram), the delivery company (Yalidine or ZR Express) when you choose delivery, and audience and advertising measurement (Meta, TikTok, Google). When you send a form, your email and phone number may be shared with them in hashed (unreadable) form, only to measure our ads. We never sell your data.
5. How long
For as long as you are a student and as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Application data of people who do not enroll is kept to avoid contacting them twice, and deleted when we receive a request we can verify and act on (a request sent to a wrong address, or without the necessary information, cannot be carried out).
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages, by writing to privacy@mmgmena.com or on WhatsApp +213 556 05 94 63. We answer within 30 days. Deleting data that is needed for an active enrollment ends the enrollment.
7. Security
Data is stored on professional platforms with access limited to team members who need it. Payment data never transits through our systems.
8. Cookies
See the cookie policy. You can refuse measurement cookies without affecting your application or payment.
